Web Summit, MEO Arena Lisbon.
One of the world's biggest tech gatherings, where start-ups, investors, major groups and media meet every year.
Startups, investors, decision-makers, media.
More than 71,000 participants and 1,857 investors from more than 150 countries: a global audience of tech decision-makers, not a consumer show.
Bespoke, turnkey.
From 3D design to teardown. A finish standard worthy of a show where a machine is judged by eye as much as by its spec sheet.
One of the biggest
tech gatherings in the world.
At Web Summit, the global tech ecosystem comes together: start-ups, investors, large corporations, media, government delegations. A stand has to hold its own in this international mix, where people come looking for the next innovations as much as the next partners.

400 stands a year,
soon yours at Web Summit.

One approach only:
bespoke, turnkey.
From 3D design to teardown, every stand we design and build is bespoke, with the option of a sustainable approach. Two ways of going about it, each detailed on its own page.
You're probably wondering…
Web Summit brings together partners on the scale of IBM, Visa, Qualcomm and Huawei alongside thousands of start-ups. To stand out in that company, a stand has to commit to a bold visual approach right from the aisle entrance, rather than blending into the standard tech show backdrop.
With participants from 157 countries, a stand has to communicate through imagery and visual cues rather than long blocks of text in a single language. We design spaces where your positioning is clear at a glance, whatever the visitor’s nationality.
With more than 1,857 investors on site, many exhibitors want to book confidential meeting slots while staying visible to the main flow of visitors. We plan separate zones: an open exhibition space, and more secluded meeting lounges for investor conversations.
Web Summit takes place in Lisbon, outside France. As with our other international projects, we run the design remotely and rely on local build and installation partners in Portugal, so the result stays true to the design without shipping the stand over long distances.
Let's give your brand
pride of place at the Web Summit.
Twenty minutes are enough to define floor space, setup and budget, and see whether we move forward together.
