A Global Industrie stand often has to include a demonstration area: a dedicated power supply, reinforced flooring for heavy equipment, a safety perimeter around a robot in motion. We factor these technical constraints in from the 3D design stage, so the demonstration becomes the heart of the stand rather than something you have to work around.
At a show this broad, a trade visitor only goes to what's directly relevant to them. We work on clear signage from the aisle entrance and a recognisable stand identity, to catch the right audience's attention with so many different sectors on show.
With 8,000 young people and jobseekers expected and more than 45,000 industrial jobs unfilled each year, Global Industrie is also a recruitment show. We sometimes design areas dedicated to careers in industry, separate from the sales area, to welcome this audience without disrupting business meetings.
At a show covering more than 50 industrial sectors, a stand that tries to show everything ends up speaking to no one in particular. We often advise staging one or two flagship applications in operation, and leaving the rest of the catalogue to a quieter, more understated browsing area.
