In 2025, DSEI gathered 45,169 unique attendees at Excel London, up 9.6% on 2023, with 1,708 exhibitors from 50 countries. In such a crowded international field, your stand is the first sign of your place in the industry.

You're probably wondering…
DSEI brings together very senior military and government decision-makers. A stand has to convey rigour and technical credibility first and foremost, with understated materials and scenography rather than a lavish display of resources, as on the Expleo stand, where a pared-back, distinctive structure establishes credibility before the sales conversation even starts.
With so many exhibitors from around the world, a trade visitor picks and chooses rather than seeing everything. We work on tall signage and a scenographic approach that's recognisable from the aisle entrance, to catch the eye before anyone even steps onto the stand.
DSEI hosts more than 3,000 VIPs and official delegations alongside 45,000 professionals. We often plan for two distinct types of space: an open welcome area for the general flow of professional visitors, and more formal reception areas for official visits, such as the lounge on the Expleo stand.
DSEI takes place in London, outside France. As with our other international projects, we manage the design remotely and rely on local manufacturing and installation partners in the United Kingdom, for a result true to the project without transporting the stand over long distances.
