Digital activations.
What your visitors will feel, understand, remember

We design bespoke digital activations. We build the installations and produce the content: quizzes, tangible tables, 3D mapping, Magic Desk… Some you can already experience in our showroom. Others don't exist yet: we invent them for your event.

Three levers

More impact,
more recall,
more contacts.

01

Engage your audience

Create the moment that stops visitors in their tracks. Immersive installations, projection mapping, visual effects: catch the eye and spark the conversation.

02

Tell your story

Bring your offer to life rather than presenting it. Interactive tables, scripted journeys: every interaction anchors the message and strengthens recall.

Collect your visitors' data

Turn the experience into actionable data. Badges, forms, tracking: every contact becomes a qualified lead for your teams.

Our conviction

Digital is only worth
what it makes people feel.

For thirty years, we have watched the fads go by: the touch screens that were going to "revolutionise" the visitor experience, the VR headsets people put on out of curiosity and took off out of weariness, the giant LED walls nobody stopped in front of any more.

The problem was never the technology. The problem is that it has too often been mistaken for the message.

At The Good Experience, we start from a different question: what should your audience feel, understand, or take away with them? The answer always comes before the setup. Sometimes it calls for a tangible table. Sometimes a simple, well-designed touch screen. Sometimes something that does not exist yet and has to be invented.

In every case, we do not drop a technology onto your stand: we create the experience. The content of every quiz, every tangible table, every 3D mapping is written for your brand and for your message.

It is this discipline (refusing technology as spectacle, using it as a means) that justifies our name.

Our activations in action

Our activations,
in real-world conditions.

Every installation starts with an intention. Below, a few examples, in two categories. Understand: a gesture, a message that reveals itself, a cognitive reward. Contribute: everyone adds their share to a common cause, and the reward is collective. Here are six cases, all designed and deployed for our clients.

Whack a Complication, on-screen digital activation
Understand
Whack a Complication
Vaccine laboratoryWhack-a-mole · congress version

Whack the complications, bring out the data. You strike an organ — heart, lung — and the statistic from a clinical study pops up on screen: every mallet blow turns a data point into proof people remember.

Reflex Game, two-handed reflex game
Understand
Reflex Game
Mirum Pharma

Sticks drop on both sides, one in each hand. You catch them mid-air, and each catch reveals a benefit of the treatment. The game drives home what only Livmarli can offer.

Magic Desk, a table that recognises the products placed on it
Understand
Magic Desk
Danone Santé nutrition

You place a real pack — Danacol, Fortimel, Nutricia — on the table: the table recognises it and unlocks its world, with animation and content specific to that product. The real object triggers its own story.

Classic Quiz on touch terminals
Understand
Classic Quiz
Boehringer Ingelheim

Two terminals, one question, four answers, an immediate verdict. The classic we are often asked for, done right: simple, reliable, with just enough head-to-head rivalry to hook people.

Impact Ride, a bike facing a wall of alveoli
Contribute
Impact Ride · Breath Edition
Boehringer Ingelheim

You pedal facing a wall of alveoli and the counters climb: kilometres, euros. Making the effort of breathing felt, right in the visitor's body. 80 km ridden in total, €2,500 donated.

Scann Screen, collective mosaic on a large screen
Contribute
Scann Screen
Almirall · Scratching for patients

Every scanned card turns a gesture into a donation for the Fédération française de la peau and lays one more tile in a mosaic growing on a large screen. Individual commitment that takes on meaning together.

Our head start

Goody, or why we are always one step ahead.

We are the first event agency to have acquired a humanoid robot. Goody is not a gadget: it is our way of exploring, in real-world conditions, a revolution that is on its way. The first in a series of robotic experiences we are designing for your events, your stands, your brand spaces.

This curiosity has a very practical purpose for you: it lets us offer you tomorrow what no one else can do today. While others sell their catalogue, we invent for your brand.

And to see it all working for real (Goody, touch screens, tangible tables, 3D mapping, prototypes in development), that's what our showroom in Asnières (Greater Paris) is for. An hour on site beats ten presentations.

Our technical obsession

Technical mastery is invisible. That is precisely why it matters.

A successful digital activation is one nobody describes in those terms. The visitor doesn't say “I saw a touchscreen”. They say “I understood what this brand does” or “I had never felt that at a trade show”.

That result demands something few agencies can offer: the ability not to be limited by the catalogue. Most providers will sell you what they already know how to do. We design first, then we find (or develop) the technology that serves the idea.

Our teams cover interface design, application development, motion design, real-time 3D and hardware integration in-house. We know how to make an LED wall talk to a mobile app, synchronise an interactive game with a physical installation, capture and render data in real time. When a project calls for it, we prototype bespoke setups in our design office.

And because these setups are designed in-house, we can change them at any time: correct a piece of content, build in a regulatory or legal update, adapt a message overnight for the next day.

At a healthcare or pharma congress, where every claim is regulated, an animation you can update the night before is not a nice-to-have. It is essential.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about digital event activation

It is relevant when it serves what your audience should feel, understand or take away. It stops being relevant when it replaces the message with spectacle. We always start with the intention, never with the setup: sometimes the answer is a tangible table, sometimes a simple, well-designed touch screen, sometimes something that has to be invented.
Goody is our humanoid robot, based in our showroom in Asnières (Greater Paris). It is the first in a series of robotic experiences we are designing for events, stands and brand spaces. A presence that captures attention effortlessly, interacts with your audience, and raises a question your competitors haven't yet thought to ask.
Because you don't choose a digital setup from a spec sheet. In our showroom in Asnières (Greater Paris), all our installations run in real-world conditions: touch screens, immersive experiences, 3D mapping, prototypes still in R&D. You walk through the experience. That is why more than one decision gets made here rather than in a meeting room.
Both, and in that order. We design first, then we find or develop the technology that serves the idea. Our in-house teams cover interface design, application development, motion design, real-time 3D and hardware integration. When a project calls for it, we prototype bespoke installations in our design office.
It depends on the complexity and the degree of invention required. A bespoke touch screen ships within a few weeks. An immersive experience or an original prototype takes several months. In every case, we sequence the project so that each stage (concept, prototype, integration) is validated before the next: no nasty surprises two weeks before the show.
