These are two audiences that work in different ways: how they decide, how they budget, how they plan. We structure the stand as a clear journey: an entrance that sets out your positioning, areas that address each stakeholder (management, procurement, practitioners), and a scenography that speaks the language of care rather than the language of marketing.
Often, yes. At Santexpo, showing beats explaining: a live demo makes the abstract tangible — a data flow, an interface, a patient pathway. We build kiosks, screens and demonstration areas into the stand from the start, as we did for Vidal and Enovacom, rather than bolting them on afterwards.
Rarely under 18 m² if you want to be visible at all among nearly 700 exhibitors. Above 40 m², you can fit in a demonstration space, a room for confidential meetings with hospital decision-makers, or a discussion area. The right size depends above all on how many contacts you aim to make.
Accessibility, circulation, materials, a clean and uncluttered look: a healthcare stand comes with specific requirements. We build them in from the design stage and handle technical approvals with the organiser, so the day itself holds no surprises.
