Salon des Maires 2026, Porte de Versailles.
The annual national gathering of the elected officials and teams of France's local authorities. This edition opens the 2026–2032 municipal term.
Mayors, elected officials, chief executives.
Local elected officials, chief executives of local authorities and territorial teams: an audience that decides on public budgets, not corporate ones.
Bespoke, turnkey.
From 3D design to teardown. A finish standard worthy of a show where the image of an entire sector is at stake.
An elected official doesn't decide
like a private buyer.
At the Salon des Maires, your contacts answer to their constituents, not to a shareholder. A pitch designed for a private purchasing director often falls flat with a mayor or a chief executive.
The annual gathering of territorial decision-makers.
Every year at Porte de Versailles, the Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales brings together elected officials and staff from France's local authorities. The next edition will run from 24 to 26 November 2026.

One approach only:
bespoke, turnkey.
From 3D design to teardown, every stand we design and build is bespoke, with the option of a sustainable approach. Two ways of going about it, each detailed on its own page.
You're probably wondering…
An elected official is putting public money and their own political credibility on the line, not a corporate budget: they are looking for evidence, examples from other local authorities and something that will genuinely benefit their residents, rather than a sales pitch. We build the stand around demonstrating real use and sharing first-hand experience, not the usual sales script.
A public support programme often suffers from a cold, institutional image. The Actee stand shows you can stay informative and committed without being austere: hands-on diagnostic tools, real-world stories from local authorities brought to life, and a clear invitation to take action rather than yet another brochure.
This edition comes just before the 2026–2032 municipal term: some of the officials there will be re-elected, others not, and technical teams often stay in place beyond the political change. We prefer a message built around long-term local issues (budget, energy, services) rather than around one particular term of office or team.
An elected official takes more reassurance from the experience of a comparable authority than from a sales pitch. We build case studies from other local authorities (figures, before/after, testimonials) directly into the scenography, rather than relegating them to a brochure nobody will ever read.
