2. Data collected and purposes
This site only collects data that you enter yourself into one of its forms.
"Brief us" form: first name, last name, email address, phone number and, if you wish, a description of your project. Purpose: handling your request and getting back to you as part of a business-to-business relationship.
"Get a call back within 2 hours" form: first name, last name, email address, phone number. Purpose: calling you back as requested.
Newsletter subscription: email address. Purpose: sending you our publications. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Resource downloads: the corresponding form is hosted by HubSpot on a page separate from this site. The data requested is listed there. Purpose: sending you the document and getting back to you in a professional context.
Each submission carries the address of the page you sent it from, so we can understand which content prompts requests. If you accepted measurement cookies, it is also tied to your browsing session (see the Cookies and trackers section).
3. Legal bases
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based:
- on your consent (forms, non-essential cookies);
- on THE GOOD EXPERIENCE's legitimate interest in developing its business with professionals (B2B prospecting);
- on the performance of pre-contractual measures (responding to a brief or project enquiry).
4. Recipients and processors
The data collected is intended for the sales and marketing teams of THE GOOD EXPERIENCE. It is processed through the following subprocessors:
- HubSpot France SAS (forms, CRM, audience measurement), the entity THE GOOD EXPERIENCE contracted with. The data is hosted in the European Union, on HubSpot's "eu1" region. HubSpot's data processing agreement applies to the contract.
- HubSpot, Inc. (United States) acts as a subprocessor for support: see the Transfers outside the European Union section.
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4), for audience measurement, and only after you have accepted.
- Vercel Inc. (site hosting), United States. Server-side processing, including the transmission of forms, runs in the Paris region (France): see the Transfers outside the European Union section.
5. Retention periods
- Requests submitted through the forms: 3 years from the last contact, in line with the CNIL guidance applicable to business-to-business prospecting. Customer contacts and ongoing projects are excluded from that purge.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies and trackers: the duration of each tracker is given in the Cookies and trackers section.
Deletion is carried out in HubSpot by a dedicated process, which sets aside customer contacts and projects being followed.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
These rights may be exercised by email at info@tgx.co or by post to:
THE GOOD EXPERIENCE, 108 avenue Henri Barbusse, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, France.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
7. Cookies and trackers
No measurement tracker is set before you accept. As long as you have not answered the banner, and if you decline it, none of the trackers listed below is loaded: the corresponding scripts are never fetched. Declining does not affect your browsing in any way, and you can still write to us through the site's forms.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, under the "tgx-consent" key. That storage is strictly necessary to honour your decision: it requires no consent and serves no other purpose.
Set only after you accept:
- _ga (Google Analytics 4): distinguishing visitors. Duration: 2 years.
- _ga_<identifier> (Google Analytics 4): keeping session state. Duration: 2 years.
- hubspotutk (HubSpot): identifying the visitor and tying their requests to their browsing. Duration: 6 months.
- __hstc (HubSpot): visit tracking, first visit, last visit and session number. Duration: 6 months.
- __hssc (HubSpot): tracking the current session. Duration: 30 minutes.
- __hssrc (HubSpot): detecting a browser restart. Duration: the session.
Google Tag Manager, which fires these trackers, sets no cookie of its own.
8. Transfers outside the European Union
Two subprocessors involve a transfer of data outside the European Union.
HubSpot. The data is hosted in the European Union. HubSpot, Inc., a US company, acts as a subprocessor for support. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the Data Privacy Framework.
Vercel Inc., a US company, hosts the site. Server-side processing, including the transmission of forms to HubSpot, runs in the Paris region (France). Pages are delivered through Vercel's global content delivery network. Vercel's data processing agreement covers transfers to the United States with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (decision 2021/914).
That agreement applies to the subscription held by THE GOOD EXPERIENCE.
