Design gets you chosen.
The experience makes you unforgettable.

At a trade show, exceptional design gets you noticed and chosen. A beautiful stand already leaves a mark: it is a first step towards being remembered. But what truly makes it stick is what people experience there. Memory is born when design becomes the stage of a real experience: an interaction, a surprise, a moment when the visitor shifts from spectator to actor. Beauty brings people in; the experience makes them stay.

The starting point

From the most beautiful stand
to the unforgettable one.

Many brands brief us with "the most beautiful stand at the show". It is a legitimate expectation, and it is our craft: a design that is on-trend, distinctive, eye-catching, controlled down to the last detail. It is what gets you noticed and chosen on a crowded show floor.

But beauty catches the eye; it does not guarantee recall. The question is not "beautiful or experiential": it is a design that serves an experience.

leboncoin stand designed by The Good Experience: scenographic plant heart with foam animal sculptures at the centre of the space
Exceptional design that is already an experience: at the heart of the leboncoin stand, a scenography of living greenery that stops people in their tracks and begs to be photographed. Beauty that makes you want to come in, and to stay.
The mechanism

From spectator
to actor.

Memory cannot be commanded, it has to be triggered. Visitors remember what they do, not what they are shown: they handle, test, choose, play. Engagement, physical or mental, is what makes the memory stick.

Handle

Touch, try, pick it up: the gesture anchors better than a speech.

Demonstrate

See the product or service at work, for real, right in front of you.

Immerse

Step into a universe: sound, image, a space that envelops.

Participate

Play, answer, take on a challenge: the visitor becomes an actor.

Surprise

A twist, an effect, an unexpected instant that gets retold afterwards.

Virtual reality area on the Mirum stand designed by The Good Experience: egg chairs and VR headsets
Total immersion: a virtual reality module that lets visitors live the story from the inside, on the Mirum stand.
Interactive tangible table on the Danone stand designed by The Good Experience: the visitor places an object to trigger content
Hands-on: a tangible table where placing an object triggers the content. The visitor acts rather than watches, on the Danone stand.
The brand moment

An ambitious brand does not decorate:
it creates a moment.

Some experiences become the memory of the show: a spectacular demonstration, a product reveal, an immersive activation, a participatory challenge. That moment is not an add-on to the stand: it is the reason the stand exists.

Stand for a major international pharmaceutical company designed by The Good Experience: immersive scenography with an aquatic set, reef and shell furniture
Immersive scenography that transports you elsewhere: the aquatic set of a stand created by The Good Experience for a major international pharmaceutical company.
Boehringer Ingelheim stand designed by The Good Experience: illuminated "Get tested" invitation in a plant-filled setting
A participatory challenge: the "Get tested" invitation turns a visit into an active experience, on the Boehringer Ingelheim stand.

The word-of-mouth test. The real judge is what happens afterwards: will the visitor talk about it? A successful experience generates conversations, in the moment and long after. This is where the urge to tell others is born. Turning that spark into a lasting relationship (follow-up, ambassador, replay) belongs to Extend the experience; here, we create the spark.

Our levers

Many tools, a single purpose:
making people feel.

We design and integrate the experiences that turn visitors from spectators into participants. All in the service of emotion and memory.

  • Digital experiences & games
Quizzes, configurators, interactive challenges: the visitor plays, so they remember.
  • Holograms & effects
The product reveal that creates the "wow" effect and the photo people share.
  • Interactive installations
Tangible tables, gesture-controlled screens, virtual reality: you touch, you act.
  • Experiential scenography
A world that wraps around you, from sound to light, and transports you elsewhere.
  • Spatial storytelling
A story you walk through, zone after zone, all the way to the crescendo.
"The Right Match" interactive experience on the Ebvallo stand designed by The Good Experience: game kiosk and figurines
"The Right Match" game on the Ebvallo stand: a challenge that turns the visitor into a player, and the visit into a moment worth remembering.

An experience that leaves a mark does more than stay in memory: it attracts and holds the right people. That is where what comes next begins: Generate qualified leads.

Preparing a trade show?

Let's create the moment your visitors will talk about.

The experience is shaped early, while the stand is still just an intention. A one-hour conversation is usually enough to imagine the moment that will be remembered, and to see whether you want to take it further together.
